At A.D.S Construction Management we know that robust contract administration is the foundation for contracts with minimal disputes and accurate budget analysis. Accordingly we have designed robust procedures for carrying out this function.

4. Clearly outlined tender enquiries.
5. Margin tender cost analysis.
6. Identification and agreement of qualifications.
7. Prestart meetings - minuted and incorporated into the contracts.
8. Contracts defined and agreed prior to the work starting.
